Stripes was born in Boise, Idaho on April 18th 1984.  She was my best friend and companion while I was growing up.  She really only liked me and she wanted to be where I was.   My family moved to Salt Lake when I was 15 and Stripes moved with me.    She didn't like moving but with a lot of praying she was able to adapt and not run away once we had moved.    She helped me make it through some difficult times in my life- particularly the move.    She lived until 1995 when after 12 years she developed a tumor and we had to put her to sleep.   She gave me such joy and love during her life and I am forever grateful to her.     I look forward to being reunited with her in heaven.  Until then I will remember her always.   I love you Stripes!
